Locally owned and operated, Brian's Artisan Bread is a Traditional Old World Style Bread. With 30 years of experience, owner Brian Francisco, set out to perfect his craft. Using no preservatives, these breads are made with the highest quality ingredients, baked to perfection, and hand scored. In 2023, Brian retired and sold the bakery to Jason Decell, owner of Edna's Bakery in San Luis Obispo.
The perpetual starter, fed with flour and water, was born in California and has been nurtured for years. Brian's sourdough bread speaks for itself in quality and flavor.
